Could be used as trolls rules wise or additional rules could be used to add more flavour to them

Like many real life lizards, the Kobold can have almost any color. Some say they are distantly related to dragons and the color of dragon they are most closely related to is the color they display.

I find these new Kobold Trolls really amazing tbh! They got so much character and are a great mix of cuteness and frightening! :)

Everything Robb just said :) I like them red or green but you could do them any color you like. I've never seen metalic Kobolds before but that could be interesting

Also undead pterasaurs would be amazing flying and maybe on all fours a giant undead Quetzcoatlus maybe some of your early ones could also be mounts for some skeletons or skeleton lizard people or something
