So I have made a bit of a boo boo with the scaling of the guards, and made the new guards with torches slightly bigger than the guards with pole arms. Not so big that it's not with in the normal range for human height, but I thought I would see what you guys think.

Keep them as they are, Increase the smaller guards or decrease the larger?

Let me know what you think

I think larger could be better overall. Maybe some should be smiling too 😉

I vote for increasing the smaller, as I feel they are slightly under scaled as is. Not an actual problem, of course, as I can scale them to my own preference as much as I like, but sometimes I forget :p

Why not having them both as large and a smaller version then you could create alot of guards with different hights. You can increase the bigger ones a big and leave them and decrease the smaller ones and leave them. Then you would have 4 different hights without much of a size difference.

hello I only give my humble opinion, I know that most of them win, but since the guards were many months for my taste, I would like to see you work on new designs, I do not say that these are bad but I would like completely new models with your style. it does not matter if it's my favorite faction, any topic is fine, I like the variant pieces like your modular kits for example Rad Zombies Mulitparts for me that's perfect allows me to mount as many as you want, but for whole poses as many poses we could make a city jejeje, I really like all your pieces

Compared with the rest.. Upscale smaller... Every single one should be the same scale and then i should decide to make them bigger Or smaller.. Have diferent scale can be seen as 'unprofesional' if not stated as this somewhere

I would say fix the torch and halberd scale if you must fix something , because that would be a bit wierd but as the size of the guard it's fine, we come in all shapes and sizes. But in the end we can just increase or decrease scale at slicing. No biggy.

hey, guys if there a problem with scaling in your slicer ? )))

Brian Etty

I don't think its a big deal, but I can see if its a quick fix that it would be better to standardize on a scale. I would say bring the others up to the size of the torch bearers.

Easy enough in the slicer to increase one or decrease the other if it bugs the user. On the tabletop you're not going to notice the difference. I've collected minis for 25 years and have minis that range from 18mm to 28mm scale on the table at the same time.

It's clear that the taller guys wrestled, and one, for the right to carry the torch; leave it as is.

Thank you all so much for your input and suggestions on this :) I have gone with scaling up the polearm guards. Just sent out a new post. Thanks again.

I actually liked them being different sizes. made it a little more believable. I may print one or two of the resized ones to blend in with the group. got 6 of them right now for a city break-in. :)
