New Frost Giant, body covered in shimmering crystals of ice armour, his hands iced over in to bludgeoning ice hammers and pircing ice punching dagers.

Can you have the upper part separate so we can print it in clear blue for ice and the rest of his legs regular? Thanks!

You could model the fist, then a second casing for the ice gloves. That way people could model/paint the fist, then print the gloves in a blue/white transparent plastic. not sure how that would be put together or designed though.

I think if I redesigned it so the ice competently covered the fists I could split them in two. That way they could be printed clear and just placed around the fist and glued into place. There would be a seem line though.

If the seam line was jagged then it would look like part of the ice perhaps? I have printed in Transparent light blue ABS that looks a lot like water/ice once treated with acetone, the acetone tends to remove the appearance of seams, particularly those that are not straight.

The other option is a fist that can be covered in a blob of transparent 'goop' at the person's discretion

of course, it would all mean more work, and you have to weight whether it is worth spending that time to do a fist in the ice.

That's a really good idea, hide the seem in the sculpt. I'll see if I can find time. It could look really cool with transparent ice parts.
