New Plague fly variant (Patreon)

As requested I've done a new plague fly variant. 

I'll do the other requests for this model too, but they wont get done for this release coming. Probably the one after. I have split it in two ways this time. One with a few whole pieces, wings main body and base. The other I've split it for fdm printing with location plugs. I would be interested to hear if people find it easier to print the new way I have split it.
