And for those who are into 40k, some additional appropriate arm/weapon options would rock. This is pretty suitable for use as a Nurgle themed helbrute for chaos space marines or deathguard.

For 40k the power scourge (or tentacles) would look cool. Gameplay wise lascannon, missile launchers, and scourge would be useful. Would be cool to have equivalents for all the valid weapon options for a chaos dread (such as the underslung heavy flamer and combi-bolter, and all the arm options). This model is great.. works as a good basis for 40k chaos dreads (or a greater demon) as well as a steampunk monstrosity or corrupted fantasy golem. Really it would look amazing with whatever weapon he had; e.g. a big rusty axe, or a corroded pipe club for the less scifi genres. Head swaps would be cool too... that's a modular piece that easily shifts the genre for the model around.
