Its an artist approach at making relatable characters. Someone may feel related to her look or personality. You may find someone else in the story that may feel relatable. May not be her but could be someone else. I actually am in love with Lewd's diversity of the characters size, appearance, and personality. Remember the one out cry that people had on the chick that said "don't tell my boyfriend" (I'll admit i was one of those asshole but regret it now) well it was an approach at making someone relatable. However it caused Lewd to change the dialog. Sorry for the rant... but my point is that she may not be relatable to you but might be to someone else.

That's an oddly mean way of asking that, wouldn't say she's obese but that's also an art choice and a desire to others. Also Alison is the one with the abs, so I don't think she needs to worry about her diet, think you have them mixed up.
