I'll be honest with you, I have been so interested in how this would look, I have just been letting this simulate for most of yesterday and overnight again. One thing that sucks about sims (or maybe this is a FLIP/Blender issue) the RAM quickly fills up with stuff, until it's nearly full and the speed just tanks because then it needs to start using virtual memory which is way slower than RAM, but anyway, the point is, I simulated about 360 frames of this.

Since the last post, I did a few more tests with different viscosity and surface tension settings and this run I think is a pretty good consistency!

Just look at the stringy-ness, the thickness! One issue(?) is the way the fluid works around the end part of the pastry bag, but there will be a tube there anyway so it won't actually be an issue.

It just looks so much more... glorpy. Almost every frame is beautiful, like this one where the entire pastry bag is covered:

So yeah, I think these results look really nice. One more nice property is when it does this:

Since the pastry bag also has an emitter on the tip, it's a nice impromptu shooting liquid test. I think this would look neat, just seeing some meat shooting out some breedin' juice.

I'll keep letting the sim run overnight to get a clearer picture of the rest of this might look like for the final simulation... but for now, no day-time simulating! Only animating.

Daaaaaaaamn that looks good. Def worth the time it takes to sim. Loving the way it tugs and strains. Very very nice. The viscosity looks super nice too. *sigh* I wish that were me
