He's ready to post! Here's the improved nerd raptor model. I've made many, many changes.

-More raptor-like head shape

-Better mouth topology

-Gums and improved tongue

-Improved hands (more raptor inspired):

-Better 4skin setup

-Better wrinkles to the sack

-Better eyelids and eyeball material and shape

-Switch for knee related animation via extra control:

Experimental addition to material for more stylized outlines:

I don't know if I'll keep it or not, but it looks kinda cool.

Also, the hat improved! Most of the texture is a tiling hamburger bun texture I made a long time ago, but it works well for a lot of different stuff. 

And the glasses! They're now more like real glasses.

I've learned so much and improved my skills like crazy since I made this character. The changes all add up to make a drastically different look, but overall, the look and feel of the original is still there. You all really make me want to continue to improve and make better and better animations and characters. Also I added a little joke animation I whipped up while redoing a hotdog I remembered I modeled awhile back in Blender 2.7x.
