I'm pretty excited about something I figured out! One of the big issues with the Flip Fluids blender add-on is that drivers don't affect anything on it- I use drivers a ton for things. For example I use bone scale and drivers to determine what objects the tailhole should be shrink wrapped to.

So I was trying various ways to do things that I would use drivers for, such as inflow velocity (to make shooting liquid). Force fields work well to push the liquid out, without having to mess with keyframes on the flip fluid menus.

Then I was thinking... what about bones? Can bones be used to animate an inflow object? Turns out, they can!

That's the jagged spinny thing in this gif- it's a force field! You can use any shape as a force field, and I was using a sphere at first. But it was too uniform, so I gave it a bit more randomness and made it spin.

It's still a bit finnicky getting the fluid I'd like, but this has been making it a lot easier so far.

Thank you! I was quite worried for a bit, but thank God bones can be used on fluids otherwise it would reeeally suck adding fluids.
