There's a weird thing about the limit scale constraint in Blender. Negative values don't work as you'd expect with the minimum scale values. Anything below 0 is treated as a positive value! Which means the hole would expand when the pp is pulled out and expand more as it was farther away. To get around this, I attempted several things but then messed with the graph of the driver that controls the scale and you can like, limit the values of the driver by messing with the handles on the bezier curve.

So, now it works as intended! :3 It's *much* much nicer animating without worrying about animating the tailhole's expanding.
