Alternate cinnamon roll puzzle solution (Patreon)

So I've been just dying to draw this, it's a silly alternate solution to the cinnamon roll puzzle. Instead of the playing the RPG mini game, you could say "Is there anything *else* I could do for you?" and he's like "Yeah you could suck my dick!"
