Page 2 WIP (Patreon)

Page 2 of the comic is blocked out! Looks like Taryn walked into something he didn't expect... But enjoys it ;3

"Why is the donkey's bedroom also the entrance to their living space?" I figured for the sake of speeding things up + not having to draw more filler +also backstory, Taryn let Hastings crash at this apartment for awhile(idk maybe he got kicked out of his previous place? Lost a job?) and they turned the main room into his bed room.

A bit more explanation on the comic lay out process. I've used the handy "import image as plane" add on to put the images in the scene. Then, just moved them around to where I want them. I have them over lap to get a nice shadow going :3

Also, I figured I'd do the speech bubbles and text in here too. They're just simple geometry with subsurf modifiers to make them nice and smooth. And since Blender has text objects, I used those for the dialogue.

So until next time, I'm still trying to think how detailed I want to make the art but I'll have something on that soon I'm sure!
