Lauren and her new twin sis Laura (Patreon)

So I wanted to do something special for my very fist patron. He wanted to see twins, one with big boobs and one with a flat chest. This inspired me to redesign one of my characters a little bit (Lauren) and give her a big boobed twin (Laura).
