Thanks Sara 🙂 I think it's pretty common for survivors of abuse to be into non-con. The human brain is a beautiful & complicated thing, and there's nothing wrong with that. I wonder if perhaps, for some people, there's a (sub?)conscious desire to reclaim the experience of abuse and turn it into something that can be controlled, and even become a source of pleasure. I think the idea of that is actually kind of cool. Like, it's a pretty badass way to overcome something terrible.
