Heya guys! How are y'all doing! I'm dancing on the line of dreaming and being awake as usual, it's awesome here, colours can talk. On a serious note, hope you guys are doing great haha. Anyway, things are going smooth-ish as per normal! I doing my rounds checking up on progress for the artists and the coders as usual, also discussing some stuff and concepts with the players on discord as well, so jump in if you feel like it!
One of the things that we were discussing were the mission system in arc 2 of Jikage Rising, it seems like the general census is that most players don't find it too engaging, while I'll try to improve the system with more scenes and a better interface, I think it might be better for it to remain a "passive" mechanic while I add in something that involves a bit more engagement from you guys, like, something you guys can control and such. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions yeah, or if you guys just want to do the whole "turn based rpg system" thing that we had in arc 1 yeah!
That aside, I'm feeling that I might be starting to deviate from stuff you guys have in mind, I'll probably have a survey set up soon, mostly to get a gauge of how I'm doing, what you guys would like to see more, potential future projects and stuff like that. It should be pretty fun, might add in a reward of sorts for completing the project.
