JULY 2023: MPREG VERSION 💜 (Patreon)

It took him a while to realise that he was pregnant; without being able to see and with his hands more often tied than not, he's left largely unable to examine himself, but his belly soon grew too round and heavy to mistake for anything else. Still, it had to happen eventually, his Master filling him with seed every day and night. 

If he'd been allowed to speak, he might have mentioned the twinge he felt in his belly as his Master was finishing with him that morning, but alas, it seems he'll have to manage alone, and deliver alone, too, if the Master doesn't come home soon. 💜
