ALIENS!! FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! (Patreon)

For one glorious, glorious month, we briefly made it over 20 Patrons, which meant that you guys got an extra option on the monthly poll: ALIENS! Meet the Bruss. 💜

The Bruss are a long-lived, spacefaring species who love to solve problems, both through technological mastery and also through ritualised violence. They're a deeply competitive bunch, but after rendering three quarters of their population destitute and almost destroying their home planet for the sake of needless profit a few centuries ago, they've since changed their ways - they still love to compete, but never so seriously that the outcome could be life or death for anybody involved. These days, it's friendly rivalries and fierce solidarity all the way.

Socially, they're a little bit different to you and me. Sex is something you do with your friends! It's a fun, casual bonding activity! You are likely to see it happen in public from time to time and nobody will care! A Bruss is far more likely to be scandalised if he hears someone airing their dirty laundry in public; personal business is a far more intimate thing that shouldn't be shared out in the open and anyone daring to discuss private interpersonal matters loudly or in a place where others will hear them will be swiftly told to take that shit elsewhere. 

Anyway, enjoy them! We've since fallen below 20 Patrons again, so to avoid a situation where there's too many poll options and not enough people to vote for them, ALIENS will be going away again until we're over the 20 Patron threshold once more. Sorry, folks. :')
