Shared Universe Opinions? (Patreon)

Hey, everyone, just wanted to get your opinion about something. 

Recently, I’ve been trying to get some ideas of how to improve my patreon campaign, what I offer, and all that, and one person made a suggestion about a ‘shared universe’ set of stories involving some of the characters, a la Kadath’s cast of characters and some of the other more up-there furry artists out there. So, I wanted to ask your opinion. 

How would you feel about me putting some effort into creating a ‘shared world’, akin to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, of my various ‘sonas? Ranging from Draconicon the dragon mage and teacher to Salla the mouse pirate to Gus the lion exhibitionist and guitarist, and so on and so forth, they’d all exist in the same world, cross paths, have stories that involved each other and all that. 

It wouldn’t just be a standard modern world, either. This would be one of those settings like Abarat, where each location is something different, or some of those comic book worlds where different settings kinda get smooshed together. Still with chunks of normality around, but with different stuff – fantasy zones, sci-fi zones, etc – around. 

That doesn’t mean that other series would stop, but it would mean a little bit more about characters that I’ve been wanting to do for a while, but never seem to get many votes.
