This is by far my most emotional book, and I'd say my best audiobook performance to date. I'm the sole narrator, so I'm performing all male and female characters. I had big nerves about that but I think it turned out fantastic and I haven't heard any complaints. This is a sad book for some, though. Multiple (5 star) reviews also expressed how they absolutely sobbed at the end. No spoilers. But Maia Terry has an incredible ability to tap into the human emotion and make the emotions incredibly related, and they just hit. I tried my best through actual tears while recording to convey those emotions as well, so I truly hope you enjoy it.
