Dawn was super excited when her Buneary evolved, unfortunately for her, Poke-mon  tend to go through a deviant phase after evolution.   Now Dawn is hypnotized and turned into Lopbunny's Pokepet.  Soon they run into Chloe who likewise was turned into an obedient battler for her new master, Gou's Cinderace.
