Not to negate Dr. Wider’s advice but please pass this along to Taylor! I listen to dark stuff as I go to sleep too. I really think it’s because of the narration and story telling more than the murdery content. I finally discovered Dateline and Forensic File podcasts. It’s perfect! The room stays dark and I still get my dark, murdery bedtime stories 👻😴

The podcast "Sleep with me" is the best thing to listen to when trying to fall asleep. Calm voice, stories go in circles and never really go anywhere but it puts you asleep.
