Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a good summer!


Today, a quick newsletter, so as not to leave you without news before the release of chapter 2!

So, I'm happy to announce that the Chapter 2 will be released this month ! We are perfectly on time in terms of planning, the first animations in Live2D have been implemented with success as well as the new scenery and characters ~

I really can't wait for you to see all the new characters implemented in this new chapter ahah


And I also can't wait to know which one will be your favorite !
Anyway, enough about chapter 2, I absolutely don't want to spoil you!

I took advantage of this weekend to make a small "bugfix" of chapter 1, some problems have been corrected, some bugs that have been reported to me a lot.

I should have done this earlier, but the chapter 2 is so bewitching that it took me all my time ^^
So, I updated the link of chapter 1, and its Patreon code.

I'm kind of curious about the bugs that were fixed in this release. A question about Chapter 2: will it have original music? I really enjoy the music in the first chapter, but I've stumbled across YouTube videos that use the same music, and it's distracting to think of the game while watching videos haha.

The biggest bug was the crash in the gallery of characters and the first scene of Tinker which was not the good one. Some grammar corrections afterwards but nothing serious ^^ We don't have the budget to make music ourselves yet, but, since the game will take place in desert areas, there will be plenty of new music that is not used everywhere I think ^^

I would like to suggest the implementation of an auto save feature. The game froze for me on launch once so I had to force quit, which made it not load up where I left off last forcing me to resort to a really old save file very far back. Disappointing but I don’t mind starting over I guess. It’s also kinda my fault I suppose for not saving but sometimes I forget.

What should I do if I can't progress the sphinx encounter line, I've gotten to where I can't select any of the options and I'm forced to load an older save v.v

So, I've run into a bug with 1.1 that I can't figure out how to get past. After reading Journey to the Center of the Earth for a second time, I can no longer read any books. Whether day or night, It continuously tells me "You've already chosen a book for tonight" and I can't progress. This cuts me off from progressing with Anna entirely since I can no longer read the second book on sewing. Is there any fix for this, or need I go back a much older save? Edit: A fix has been found. Upon buying the book for Rapunzel, access to the books came back. Edit 2: I saved before reading anything else, but no matter the option I choose (Sewing for Beginners 2, Journey to the Center of the Earth, or Happy Trees), I get the same message when trying to read a book from then on. Edit 3: After a few in game days, now it just works again, so...yay?
