Newsletter - New Animations and New Update ! (Patreon)

Hello everyone! ~~


Today I'm going to do a quick newsletter.
Well, I'll try.

The two big topics of the day are, the upcoming future animations of chapter 2 and the progress of the final update of chapter 1!



Let's start with the animations:

In the previous newsletter, I told you about our will to change the animations for chapter 2.

We wanted to change from 2 frames animation to 3 frames. 

Let's do better.

We have been thinking a lot, doing some tests, and in the end, we are going to make completely fluid animations using the Live2D software

It takes us a little while to understand how it works, but the results are really surprising!

Here is one of the quick tests we did:

( It's a test, but the result is quite encouraging I think! )

I personally think that it's really worth to spend some time, to take our marks with this kind of animation, and do the next two chapters with them.

What do you think about it? 

Concerning the future and final update of Chapter 1:

The update is going well.

It is mostly composed of big scenes and requires a lot of time to do. The result is cool but it takes a lot of time.

My current goal is to release this update for the middle of next month or before. ( And this deadline should be reachable without too much trouble. )


This update will be and will remain a patreon exclusive.

I think if I released it publicly, it would be a big handicap for the final game release on Steam.


So, the update will be exclusive to 5+ Patreons and others.

And on top of that, the 10+ patreons will have it exclusively before anyone else for 3 days.



And of course, once this update is finished, it will mark the end of this chapter 1, and the next update, will be, well... chapter 2.

Chapter 2 will be, as I already said, the direct continuation of chapter 1, we will find our characters on the same planet, with new androids to corrupt, new adventures etc.
