I actually could write a really long post explaining all the stupid problems I had to face just to make these GIFs... Maya (the 3d software I use for animations) made sure to remind me why I hate using it so much... That bastard software never wastes an opportunity to screw me over, I can't even try to be creative it always finds a way to backfire For example, I discovered a useful feature that lets me render an animation from multiple cameras (which is VERY useful for these GIFs that have multiple camera angles!) But once I tried it, I discovered that simply using this feature breaks Samia's jewelry... FOR SOME RANDOM REASON (Her bracelets and anklets would stay still and not follow her limbs, so Samia would move her arms and legs but the jewelry would just stay in the air, like the kind of glitches that you'd see in Cyberpunk 2077 at launch) Even worse, you'd only see this after rendering the animation, which takes several hours... That's why she's not wearing anything at all in these GIFs! There were also the crashes, wasted time, characters not importing into the scene properly (the eyes would break, I had to make the rig for the eyes from scratch) just so much crap, it's actually insane how Maya is so terrible... So yeah. 80% of the time had nothing to do with creating art, it was mostly just time wasted fixing glitches ^^"
