Okay, I don't know how to launch this thing so I'll just launch it and see what happens. Suggest your character (and optionally a one-word theme) and on September 15, I'll choose one suggestion. Don't try to influence me by developing your idea or explaining what you have in mind, I reserve the right to exclude you from the pool if you do.

Please note: this is not a commission, the result will be either a random doodle, 2d/3d animation or a 2d/3d drawing, depending on my availability.
