I did change the apartment, because it had a lot of holes in it and removed some things that had insane amounts of polygons. The image in the picture is one of my own.

You can turn off everything through bodygroups.

You can drag RootTransform from Omega Apartment into the RootTransform of the two furniture models and use default slider to get everything in place or use the OutfitLoader to get the furniture in.
