A seperate penis model that you can add with flexes. (just drag RootTransform from Samara into RootTransform of the Penis model and use the default slider)

Model should have a working IK rig, it works for me in SFM

Model comes with 4 extra nail textures that you can manually apply in SFM, just add a material override in SFM to the model
