Managed to get it done. It's somehow not a perfect fit. God knows why certain things shifted in the smd files. However it's easy to fix to get it to look good. In Maya and Blender the outfit fits perfectly on them. I so wish the Source Engine would start using fbx files.

The outfit has 6 flexes to increase breast size, ass size and to pull the panties to the side to reveal their pussy.

Tail and Horns can be removed through bodygroup.
