Tony Khan announced AEW crossed the 43,000 mark ($5.7 million dollar gate) with another presale day today for the Wembley Stadium show. I mentioned yesterday I didn't expect these extra presales to do much and I am happy to admit I was wrong about that. It's not common to see that from my experience of tracking these shows but a lot of people noted to me they were holding out for better seats. This passes WCW's highest attended show (41,412), the July 6, 1998 Monday Nitro at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA. They have a very real shot of hitting 50-60K. Incredible number for AEW.
