The rest of the upper deck opened (minus the limited view sections). That puts this just under 4,000 tickets sold since the Cena announcement. And in a really effective strategy, the upper decks are pretty modestly priced except for the front 2 rows of each. The front 2 rows are Official Platinum, $200 a seat, but the rest of the section is $30 a seat (using Section 310 as an example). So rather than making $9,330 for the entire section priced at $30, they can make up to $16,130 for it if the Platinum seats sell (Ticketmaster gets a percentage of those Platinum seats too). And if they don't sell those front 2 rows, they'll just drop in price in the days leading up to the show. 

The secondary market is still buying up whatever becomes available in certain sections up top.
