AEW Full Gear

Tickets Distributed => 12,106

Last available ticket count was 596. I haven't seen the show yet (just traveled back home today) but others told me they announced it as a "sell out with standing room tickets only" with no actual figure. Tony Khan said it was the first $1 million dollar gate for Full Gear (which means this blows away their debut at this arena in terms of gate. That debut did $555,000+). It looks like there were 100-200 people in suites (those are not included in the count). My final thought on the combo strategy for this & Rampage is it led to a big a final paid attendance figure for Rampage and a Full Gear so it has to be considered a success but I would've lessened the amount of combo tickets initially released. A source indicates the Rampage paid total was higher than my final count for the show (still working on it but it was in the 6K range) but it looked like a lot of people skipped showing up to it. Doing a combo ticket map guarantees a higher number for Rampage but the risk for this show is they had to release a lot of the combo package upper decks late as single tickets that didn't sell as combo tickets. I can promise you this; had those been available during the presale, they would've sold instantly. So it comes down to did they put just a bit too many tickets on the combo map? Just my opinion but I think so and there's some solid evidence to back that up. It appears as though the secondary market will buy up combo seats in the lower bowl but aren't as willing for upper deck seats.

i think this would’ve been a way better turn out if they didn’t put so many combo tickets. same with all out. at least revolution will be in a separate building from dynamite & rampage so it can sell out with no problems
