Sections 319 & 320 are back (as noted below)! This raises my confidence in my estimate by a lot. I knew these 2 sections sold more seats than their neighboring sections that are still closed and it was important to get them back into the estimate. Still questioning those upper decks facing the hard cam but we'll see how that turns out. I mentioned this in the past but I would've used this place for a PPV. Turns out they are giving out another PPV worthy card here anyway but I still believe if this were on a Saturday (vs. Wednesday) it would do even better. But knowing them and how big they are on traditions, this will likely remain a special Dynamite for the foreseeable future. If they can keep drawing a crowd in this range, I don't blame them. It's not nearly last year's number but as we've learned, the first time in a market/venue like this does the best (I wouldn't count on another sell out at the Forum in LA the 2nd time around unless it was a PPV and even that wouldn't be a sure bet) unless of course it's a smaller venue like NOW Center or Agganis. Also, for last year's show they used almost all of their resources on Twitter to hype up the general public on-sale. They filmed a special video for the location announcement that featured Tony Khan and Orange Cassidy and almost every talent put a tweet out mentioning the sale (many talent even quote tweeted my updates at the time which was also (not so) coincidentally the last time they did that!). I didn't see that level of a push this year. To get anywhere near last year's number I think this would've had to been a pay per view event (with hopes of a large traveling audience) but that's just my opinion.

Any idea on what the estimated gate is for this event as things stand at the moment?

Tony seems to have indicated they are really close and within reach of $1 million. Probably $950,000 or so?

Will there be another update before the final number? Curious to see the movement after today with the push from Tony/MJF on the media tours since we've been getting decent movement this last week
