You can see they added some seats on the left side of the top upper deck sections. I still haven't seen them do it to the right side of the map yet. I always hope they just open those up in full at once but there's a clear strategy in place to get the sections looking as full as possibly without being fully opened (just in case they can't sell those seats); and then open up more as needed until the day of the show.
