Not sure what happened to Section 103. They had sold about 150 tickets in the 521 seat section in the last update so it's unlikely it sold out. More likely is they took it down until the other sections sell more (too many visible camera seats right now). I have counted that section towards the totals (150 sold) for now. This one hasn't done well from the start and we are 8 days away - anything near 5K would be a win at this point.
