AEW just announced a few new live dates.

They'll be in Washington DC on January 19th for Dynamite and January 21st for Rampage. It will not be at the Capital One arena where drew an estimated 14,129 (11,500 paid) for the debut episode of Dynamite. That venue is booked on this date. Instead they'll be running the Entertainment & Sports Arena which has a listed capacity as 4,200. For basketball, I'm seeing 4,063. We'll see how they set this up for wrestling but you can count on it being a smaller capacity than usual. Here's a visual of the ticket map to give you an idea of the layout followed up by some actual pictures.

From this angle, on camera, it will look like most other arenas with an upper deck.

Here's a look at the hard cam side which only has 3 sections:

And lastly, a full view of it:

Also announced was the return to Cleveland, OH for Dynamite on January 26th, 2022 at the Wolstein Center where they drew an estimated 4,800 for their debut in the market on 1/29/2020. The Wolstein Center has a much larger capacity than the venue mentioned above. It will be interesting to see how they draw this time around.

Tickets go on sale this Friday to the general public and presales will be Thursday. Codes coming soon.

Any idea when presale codes might be available? This will be my first live AEW show, and I hope to get front row seats.

A stage similar to the pandemic set in daily’s place would look great in Washington considering one side of the building has barely any seats
