This happened today. Yesterday Tony Khan announced the Bryan Danielson-Suzuki match. When I checked this morning I saw a similar looking map to the first screenshot. That would suggest a lot of movement in the middle section which caused them to open up these new sections (priced at $29). It's possible those middle sections were taken down and will be used for the Heritage Night deal ($10 ticket if you bring a flag to the show). I'll need to see pictures from the show to see how these sections look.

Probably for the heritage deal as AEW generally doesn't do comps.

They do comps - one of the recent shows was 6,800 paid (7000+ in the building). NY had comps too. Just not as much or to the extent WWE does.

The heritage deal requires you to bring a flag and buy a ticket. Anything sold prior to Friday afternoon is actual sales or some comps. They may end up salvaging this event. It was looking bleak.
