Notes: Under this set up, the gate (assuming all tickets sold) would be $238,478. Max possible capacity is 5,045 but that would include seats in the hard cam section so realistically under 5K, more like 4,800. Not a big building by any means and you would hope they can open every section by November 3rd. They are currently sitting at a gate near $172,643. I would expect now that a floor map is available, those seats should sell soon (those sell fast on the day of the presale usually).
