I did a complete re-count to make sure everything aligned with previous counts. So much has changed it's important to go back and make sure I didn't miss anything. Both numbers were very close.

Here's a visual representation of the sections. As you can see, 319-323 have never opened. Same for the smaller sections directly behind the stage (30 to 40). 2 of the 4 sections next to the stage never opened on each side: 28, 29, 42, 43. Sections 26, 27, 44 and 45 just literally opened today and sold quickly. I have 52 and 53 marked as hard cam sections that I never saw opened. It's possible some seats emerge there. Sections 60-63 look to be reserved for a camera stage (see 2nd photo, bottom left). I'm sure there might be a few dozen other production seats as well. 

Important to note there are suites here (95, I believe) so it's likely some of those have sold or being used for sponsors and AEW's announced figure will come in higher than what I have here. It's been a blast covering this one; I've spent countless hours on it and strongly believe this is one of the closest estimates you'll find out there.
