Section 306 on the upper deck has opened up adding 196 to the capacity.  Capacity => 9,296

 313 tickets remain.

As I predicted, the back rows of the recently opened sections have opened up. That means the capacity I have remains the same (since they were counted in the last updated). I'm guessing they won't open up new sections until this available number dips below 400. The available count changed slightly:
