How does that not change the distributed or the setup? I guess I'm confused

Because it was already accounted for. Whatever was in that section was already figured into the setup. If it wasn't, and I had to add it in, you'd see a change in the setup. What you could have asked is why isn't the number of seats sold greater from the last update? And I would've said because they sold a bunch of seats in other areas to offset the difference. Lets say the section returning added 200 (just to throw a number out there). They likely sold 267 in this case (it says 67 up there but the script doesn't account for a section returning to the map). The real amount sold from the last update is those seats returning to the map + 67.
