I believe this would've sold tremendously better if they billed it honestly which is as a regular AEW PPV instead of a played out concept that doesn't apply anymore since they took all the top talent from the other promotion. The slow sales compared to FD1 and FD2 show the lack of excitement from fans and what they think about the forbidden door concept. They sold out Dynasty which was in a small market so they could've done so much better in the biggest market in the country.

The two existing comments being in opposition to one another is pretty funny. Though I do agree this is the toughest sell yet with Forbidden Door. It'll be interesting how they make it seem important after so much turnover in NJPW. Mox could lose the title back, but what else is there?
