Too much sperm? Podcast

Unfortunalty this podcast is only available in German due to my interview Partners who spoke german.
But I will provide you a written text of what the podcast is about:

Studies show that frequent ejaculation does not change potency. So if the amount of cum changes, that doesn't say anything about it, it's always about the number of sperm in the semen.

Some men just have more of this liquid.

And who is responsible for this liquid?
The prostate - exactly.

So if she's healthy - everything's fine so far.

So if you have physical complaints and your sperm quantity suddenly and permanently decreases - off to the doctor.

What helps for better sperm quality: Of course: sports, exercise, a healthy lifestyle - less stress.

But this is supposed to be about MORE sperm.

Vitamins can help. Supposedly zinc and L arginine.

But the simplest thing is: drink enough water. Sperm consists mostly of water - and if you don't have enough of it - boom - more viscous sperm.

And: But that's kind of obvious anyway. If you don't masturbate for a long time, you will have more sperm than if you cum several times a day.

Delaying your orgasm can help.

You can imagine it like a glass of water where you keep filling water in. Until it eventually overflows.

But last but not least: let's be realistic. The amounts of sperm you see in porn are mostly fake.

Normal is hosing down from a quarter to a TEASPOON. Attention not soup spoons. Teaspoon. The little ones ;)

But everyone is different. And that's a good thing. If you are unsure: just go to the doctor. Otherwise, accept your body as it is and your partner
