Wie hat euch das Selbstbondage Video gefallen am Freitag?

Habt ihr es schon ausprobiert?
Falls ja dann seid ihr ja quasi schon Profis, falls nein - wird es aber an der Zeit.
Solltest du keine Seile haben kannst du auch einen Schnürsenkel nehmen und dich in deiner Wohnung z.B. mit dem Knöchel an einen Stuhl binden.
Sei einfach kreativ. Es geht nicht darum, dass du eine perfekte Fesselung hinbekommst sondern dass du Bondage ausprobierst.
