Eure Aufgabe der Woche: Fessle dich selbst.
Nichts daheim zu haben ist keine Ausrede. Wenn du kein Zeitschloss hast, dann nimm einfach einen Schnürsenkel und fessle dich damit für 25 Minuten an ein Stuhlbein oder den Fuß deines Esstisches.

Denke während dieser Zeit darüber nach ob du ein braver Sklave warst und es verdient hast, dass du dich 25 Minuten selbst fesseln darfst.

ACHTUNG: Pass beim Fesseln immer auf, wenn du alleine bist. Leg niemals etwas um deinen Hals und hab immer zur Sicherheit eine Schere oder zumindest dein Handy griffbereit sodass du im Notfall Hilfe erhalten kannst.

Having nothing at home is no excuse. If you don't have a time lock, just grab a shoelace and tie yourself to a chair leg or the foot of your dining table for 25 minutes.

During this time, think about whether you were a good slave and deserved to tie yourself up for 25 minutes.

ATTENTION: Always be careful when tying up when you are alone. Never put anything around your neck and always have a pair of scissors or at least your cell phone ready to be on the safe side so that you can get help in an emergency.
