John Simm (the master) dancing to scissor sisters gives me life xD finally, finally! We've reached the Boe reveal. What a gloriously executed moment.

LOVE having the video in the screen the whole way!! So much better! When I first watched Season 3 in 2008 I wasn't much of a fan of Martha, but repeated viewings have made her grow on me in a big way. She really is one of the strongest companions of all time in terms of being able to independently do stuff without the Doctor. Love how much you guys were willing on one of the main characters to become a murderer - always so callous... :D Season 3 is a good one, but I really cannot wait for Season 4 as it is probably my favourite of all-time. I really think you're going to love it as even more things continue to tie together.

You weren't far off with that "Toclafane are Daleks" guess. Back in the day, I used to hang out on a site where Rob Shearman, the writer of the S1 episode "Dalek," was also a regular. And one day he told us a story: Back when they first brought back Doctor Who, they weren't sure if they could use the Daleks--there was a situation with the legal rights. So when they were planning the first season, they had a backup plan if the Daleks weren't available: the Time War would be between the Time Lords and a mysterious race called the Toclafane. Instead of being about a lone surviving Dalek, the sixth episode (working title that was definitely not going to be used for the actual episode: "Absence of the Daleks") would be about the lone surviving Toclafane, and get into the mystery around them--the Time Lords never actually figured out who they were or where they came from. Then, the first season finale would reveal they were far-future humans, and the Doctor would have to decide whether to burn the Earth in order to prevent them from ever existing. You can see how bits of that survived into the first-season finale, and they reused much of the rest in this episode.

Thanks so much for the show on the screen!!!!! I don't mind syncing up to watch reactions and do it a lot, but for some reason i can never get the sync right with your videos. I do it for other peoples fine but idk, im always off with yours for some reason and i use DW from amazon prime to try and sync. I appreciate the in video editing and hope to see it in the future, or at least a better way to sync for unedited reactions, especially for S4 of DW.. though idk if i am the only one who was having issues this whole time.

I'm glad you're liking the unedited version. It's something new we're trying and we appreciate the feedback.
