You're right, in this show, Artemis and Cheshire are mixed! Caucasian and Vietnamese, I believe. Talia and Ra's al Ghul are Middle Eastern, so technically Batman's son, Damian Wayne (Robin) is interracial. In the comics, Cassandra Cain (one of the Batgirls) is Asian, as well as X-Men's Jubilee. The current Hulk, Amadeus Cho, is Asian. And the current Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan, is Middle Eastern. Sportsmaster and Artemis are extremely obscure characters in DC Comics, and have been more or less created by this show, actually. So there isn't much information about them outside of Young Justice.
