Like you said, a special zone for Japanese and Britannians ideally wouldn't work, and would also kill the rebellion. Also, regarding the whether Euphie has the power to do this, in the beginning of the episode, we saw her take to her older brother, Schneizel about the plan and he said it was a great plan. And JV is right, the girl writing on the wall wearing the cosplay was the girl Lelouch geassed in the beginning of the show. Also I know there's a lot of plot threads right now, so my advice is to just mainly focus on the rebellion itself and not worry about all the supernatural stuff yet. Really excited for the rest of the season!
