A sad, but motivational movie! Far as Tom Hank films y’all should react to “cast away”. His 2003 film. I believe Justin made reference to it through a family guy joke a couple yrs ago.

You guys should watch the Chicago 7! Has to do with the protests against the Vietnam war and an infamous trial with the Black Panthers and peace protesters! Amazing story telling you two would adore.

Yeah JV is right with Elvis being exposed for copying and ripping off a lot of lesser known artists, mostly blues artists and especially black artists. Same goes with Led Zeppelin and others, they have totally stolen from many black artists from the 50s.

This movie in my top 10 Gladiator , forest gump, Titanic etc . Forest knew he loved Jenny from the beginning. She realized it later . But they ended up together in the end.

Forrest gump was suppose to be played by John Travolta he turned it down. Tom hanks said he would do a sequel but after September 11 . He said People wouldn't care about movie . Tom hank says in 2022 he would do a Sequel if it made since.

Movie Fact: Jenny's illness is never explicitly stated, however screenwriter Eric Roth confirmed in a 2019 interview that she died of AIDS.... when I was little I thought that was the reason cause of all the needle sharing she did and turned out to be right

Phenomenal reaction guys. This movie has soooo many layers. One of my favorite parts of the wtiting was that the only time that forest broke down was when Jenny dies. He literally saw the good in every situation. BUT he couldn't find the good in Jenny not being there. And that broke him!! By far Tom Hanks best performance!! He won his 2nd Oscar for this role. Another brilliant Hanks performance is Captain Phillips and o e more is the movie Sully.

Me, naively: Oh I'll just watch a bit of this reaction for now, I have to go to bed soon. One hour later, my eyes an open faucet: Forrest is such a good dad! He loves Jenny so much t-t This was based on a book, believe it or not, and the movie left out a lot. Honestly, though, it's much better for it. The movie has a lot more tender heart to it and the book feels more like a series of vignettes involving famous moments. Of course, Tom Hanks sells every scene he's in with 100% conviction. I will heartily and enthusiastically recommend The Green Mile as well for another Hanks movie. It was my favorite Stephen King book for a long, long time, and the film is a work of adaptation perfection.

Hi guys. Just paid a month to checkout your Forrest Gump reaction. It's one of my absolute favorites. The one thing that kind of ruins it for me though, is that you didn't mute the film's audio, so as I watch along with your Patreon reaction, if it isn't sync'd 100% perfectly (which is honestly about impossible), I have to listen to the echo of the film's audio inside your reaction. I'm a bit of an audio nerd, but that sound issue pulls me out of the movie. I'm not sure how your paying Patrons deal with it, but every other reaction channel mutes the audio from the film, on their paid, full-length reactions. I know your channel has been around for a while, so maybe it doesn't bother other people. Aside from that, you both seem like great humans, and I wish you the best with your channel! :)
