Regarding Sketchfab models in the future and their wonky rulings. (Patreon)

It seems that Sketchfab has a weird rule regarding nudity and adult rated models.

Their ToS states as follows:

What is Age-restricted (Age+) content?

Age-restricted content includes, but is not limited to, models that:

contain nude characters or partial nudity

that are erotic in nature (depicting sex or containingsexual implications, even when there is no nudity)

that depict drug usage

that depict extreme violence

are otherwise shocking or disturbing

Nudity depicted in statuary, antiquities, or a similar form that has been deemed appropriate for historic value and is or has been on public display in a gallery or museum is exempt.

Labeling new and existing work as Age-restrictedis the responsibility of the creator, and it is mandatory. The Sketchfab team will moderate cases where content categorization is debatable and reserves the right to make the final decision.

Age-restricted content will show theAge+ flagnext to the model name.

Unacceptable Content

Somematerial is never allowed: pornographic, threatening, harassing, libelous, hate-oriented, harmful, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, or illegal content. This includes explicit descriptions and/or links to explicit content, even if the related content has been marked as Age-restricted.

So basically, it looks like I may or may not be able to post nudity, but none with erect penises, and not in an overly suggestive way, and it may or many not be allowed if it depict sex even if it's age-restricted.

The ruling here is not at all straight forward, so I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to, or will desire to stay on the platform. Apparently they didn't say that Keema was in violation of the rules--maybe it's just because she's a female model? I don't fuckin' know.



EDIT: On the upside, I'm looking into Marmoset viewer.
