Finished the sea dragoness painting and updated the lore, removed the lewd story from it and added a lot more about the world and the dragons themselves! I've also started additional English courses, so those texts should become better over time, with less grammar mistakes x)

Sea dragons tribe inhabit the south seas mostly, where it's warm and rich with food. The sea dragons can be spotted all across the salt waters and even at the biggest lakes. Perhaps, this is the most numerous tribe overall, with many sub-species existing. Sea dragons come in grey, white, black, blue and green colors. Some of them have got a set of fin ribbons along the body, they've also got webbed feet and a big fin on their tail. The fin ribbons are mostly a decoration; the dragons can even shed them if they're forced to live for too long above the water, and then grow back again. They've got sleek rubbery skin, some times with bio-luminescent dots across the body, and the fins can be luminescent as well. Deep sea sub-species may even learn to communicate using their bio-luminescent abilities under water.

All of the sea dragons have got a set of working gills and normal dragon lungs at the same time. They can breathe under  water and on the air as well, but it's better to alternate the land and sea. If they're forced to stay outside the water for too long, they may get pains in the gills, or even inflammation and serious health issues. And if they don't breathe air once in a while, the lungs get filled with mucous liquid, and it takes effort to clean and make them work again, rather uncomfortable process. Also they feel the lack of air under the water a little and they are always glad to take full lungs of fresh oceanic breeze.

Sea dragons are usually careless and frisky. They befriend cetaceans, especially the intelligent species, and can learn to communicate with them.

Most of the sea dragons live nomadic life and migrate thousands of kilometers in any random direction they feel like. But there are some underwater settlements and even overland cities exist to craft things and trade with other tribes.

The word of the sea is full of wonders. The ancient sunken ruins of the Elder Dragons civilization. The beautiful Coral City, where half of the city is submerged, and the other half is in the air. The Beryl Port, where the sea dragons offer all kind of transportation over the seas, from various ships to riding whales. The Phin bay, where the intelligent cetaceans come to communicate with the dragons of all species. The Crown Jewels islands - a series of small islands of tropical paradise. The great waterfall - a zone of gravitational anomaly, where a huge mass of water is being pulled out of the sea, then flows upwards in a circular motion and then falls down with a spectacular show. And of course the Green Bridge, a colossal natural structure formed up by unique levitating plants which start growing deep under the water and then the tangled growth climbs up, connecting together some floating islands above, and reaching the lands of the sky dragons in the end. The Green Bridge can easily hold the weight of any dragon and it is used for casual walking or for reaching up the top levels by the flightless species.

Most of the sea dragons just enjoy their life and don't bother themselves with worries and dark thoughts.

But there are uneasy regions in their watery domain exist. The Rift has crossed the sea bed too, creating the Black Chasm there. The black chasm is a source of evil, dark things dwell in the bottomless deeps and rise up from it some times. Native sea creatures living nearby the black chasm grow aggressive and deformed. A large number of Sea Sentinels watch over the black chasm with the help of loyal cetaceans. They warn each other of any new threats and fend them off when possible. With each year the black chasm keeps spreading further and growing wider, this really concerns the elders. Over a decade ago, a new threat has appeared - the black sludge, this gooey substance seeps from the chasm and gathers up in large pools on the sea bed, whole the fields of this black gunk took up some regions of the sea already. These infected regions are devoid of regular sea life, no fish schools swarm there, no seaweed grows. The black sludge may form up "tentacles" which squirm around or stick upwards like some creepy sea stalks, they even seem to have some life of their own, they would try to catch and hold onto creatures careless enough to get close.

Huh. Now that you mention it, underwater is probably the only place where dragons could fly (within physics at least). "The black sludge may form up "tentacles" which squirm around or stick upwards like some creepy sea stalks, they even seem to have some life of their own, they would try to catch and hold onto creatures careless enough to get close." I think this calls for a Public Service Announcement. For, um, educational purposes.
